Today, more than a billion people across 193 countries take action for Earth Day every year, making it the largest civic observance in the world. Earth Day continually expands and invigorates the environmental movement.

AEG-affiliated venues in 40 cities, seven countries and four continents across the globe will contribute to the largest international environmental effort with various initiatives.

His Majesty’s Theatre is supporting this important initiative with the following:

• The venue will have lamp/bulb and battery recycling bins in the foyer for the next week, supplied by CMA Ecocycle.  Local businesses, staff and the public are encouraged to bring down their old fluorescent and normal globes as batteries for safe processing and recycling.
