PARKING

  • Undercover parking is available nearby at His Majesty’s Carpark (City of Perth Carpark No.5) via entry from Murray Street and Kings Parking via entry from King Street.
  • Street parking is subject to availability.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

ACROD parking bays are located on the south side of Hay Street directly adjacent to His Majesty's Theatre and at nearby undercover carparks.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
  • His Majesty's Theatre is located near the main Perth city bus route on St Georges Terrace near King Street.
  • The free Central Area Transport RED CAT route includes a stop at "His Majesty's" on Hay Street. The RED CAT operates every five minutes from 6.40am-6.20pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays), and hourly on the weekends between 8.30am and 5pm.
  • Perth Central Railway Station is just a five minute walk from the Theatre.

FACILITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

The management of His Majesty's Theatre endeavours to accommodate patrons with disabilities whenever possible. However, due to production requirements of some events, these special facilities are sometimes limited.

We therefore recommend that all patrons with special requirements state their needs at the time of booking tickets.

Our usual facilities include:

  • Wheelchair access to the auditorium
  • Wheelchair accessible toilet on the ground floor
  • Wheelchair access to Downstairs at the Maj and Museum of Performing Arts
  • A hearing induction loop throughout most of the auditorium

  • Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break during the performance.

  • Cameras, video cameras and tape recorders will not be permitted without the consent of the promoter.
